A SAFE AND SECURE WORKPLACE

Our social responsibility is about taking responsibility for our employees and offering a safe, secure and healthy workplace for everyone. This is one of the most important sustainability matters for us at NPB.
 
COLLABORATOR 

To work proactively, the company has, among other things, a wellness allowance and a collaboration with occupational health care.
To ensure a good work environment, both from a physical and psychosocial perspective, NPB has a systematic work environment management, which includes, among other things:

  • Risk analysis
  • Safety rounds
  • Safety representative
  • Workplace surveys
  • Development at the individual level

 

Through performance appraisals that are carried out annually with each individual, current and future skills needs are analysed, among other things. Based on the performance appraisal, activities are planned to ensure the individual's continued development and needs.

CITIZENSHIP

It is also important that we play an active role in the development of the local community in which we operate as a company.

Our social commitment is reflected in participation in various business associations, collaboration with colleges, universities and post-secondary education. We annually accept apprentices and students into our business. We also support sports clubs who prioritize children's and youth activities.

Through these commitments, we are involved in influencing future education and needs in the industry and securing the supply of skills. In recent years, several students have been employed by NPB after completing their education.
