New technician based in the U.S.

We are happy to announce that James McKinney now is a part of the NPB Automation's crew! James has worked at Windak Group since 2005 and has a long history of collaborations with NPB. With his long experience from our industry he is a great asset when building our business in the U.S.
◾ James, can you tell us about yourself?
- I live in North Carolina and have a passion for automation and machines. I have worked as a field service engineer and also as a manager. I see great opportunities with this employment!
◾ How is your impression of NPB?
- NPB has grown enormously, especially since 2019. The forecast looks incredibly exciting! And the work with EV-batteries is really interesting, it’s a big market! NPB’s journey ahead requires specialist skills och highly motivated people. I want to be a part of that!
◾ Why automation?
- If you do it only for the money, then it is not the right thing for you. Of course you make money - but you need to understand that troubleshooting is a way of life. You need to be passionate about it!
◾ What motivates you besides problem solving?
- To do my very best, to create a better future for my children and improve machines. I have a good hearing. When I listen to the machine I can hear what is wrong.
◾ What’s your other strenghts?
- I’m not just focusing on one area, instead I look at the big picture. I pick up little things and then put the pieces together. I’m detail oriented and it comes to handy.  
 ◾ What do you do when you are not working?
- Racing and 4-wheelers. I like speed even after my working hours!
