A short interview with Christian Hermansson, one of our Team Leaders.

What is your role at NPB?

I´m a Team Leader in our production, which means that I´m responsible for our machines being built according to the customer's specification. To help me, I have a number of assemblers who, together with me, ensure that we get the machines finished according to the schedule.

How does a typical day look like for you?

One day is different from the other as the work is very varied. Some days I plan and distribute the work with my team. Other days I´m involved in building machines myself, making sure that there are items available for assembly and liaising with logistics and the purchasing department about the status of incoming goods.

What do you prefer to do in your leisure time?

I like being outdoors and spend time in the nature. There is so much to do such as hiking, fishing, mountainbiking and cooking.
